Extra Brut Valdobbiadene

The Prosecco Superiore Valdobbiadene DOCG Extra Brut is a dry and refined sparkling wine, made of 85% Glera and 15% other grapes. After controlled fermentation and aging on the lees, the wine rests in the autoclave for one month before being bottled. Ideal with finger food and raw or steamed seafood dishes, it stands out for its refined style and unmistakable personality.

Sensory description

It has a straw yellow color with greenish highlights. On the nose, it clearly releases notes of white flowers and typical hints of Mediterranean scrub. On the palate, it is vibrant, tense, energetic, and always elegant in personality. It doesn’t disappoint: refined, rich in style, and perfectly balanced between fruit notes and acidity.
