
Extra Dry / Organic
The Asolo DOCG Extra Dry Organic is a fresh and delicate sparkling wine, made from organic Glera grapes grown in the Asolo hills. The vines benefit from excellent ventilation and significant temperature variations, while the clayey soil imparts a unique quality to the grapes. After vinification with controlled fermentation and aging on the lees, the wine undergoes a second fermentation in autoclave. Ideal with savory pies, cured meats, and charcuterie, this sparkling wine offers a perfect balance between freshness and smoothness, to be served at 6-8°C.

Sensory description
With a pronounced straw yellow color, the nose highlights pleasant aromas of almond, dried apricot, and acacia flowers. On the palate, it is velvety and vibrant, releasing flavors consistent with the aromas perceived on the nose. A balanced acidity makes it enjoyable with every sip.
